Integrative Counselling Approach

I aim to establish a rapport with each person who attends my counselling sessions. I recognise that each person has a unique life experience and so I use an integrative approach when counselling people. 

Counselling is about you. Your courage to step outside of your comfort zone and to make contact in the first instance is something I do not take for granted.  When you do make that first step you will be able to speak to me. I’ll make an appointment for you that fits in with your time schedule.

I specialise in drug and alcohol counselling as well as a range of other issues that therapy can help with.

Mobile Counselling Sessions can be held at the following venues

  • Face to face, at your home or other suitable place
  • Skype
  • Telephone
  • Any other location a person feels comfortable (suitability will be discussed prior to the appointment).This is a mobile counselling service.
