Adult Counselling Services
I provide counselling services for adults. This service provides non-judgment, compassion and care which allows you, the client, a safe space to discuss what is bothering you, in safety.
Specialising in drug and alcohol counselling, but also a variety of other issues. Including
depression, anxiety, self-esteem, shame, anger, processing emotions, addiction counselling for the family and individuals, child within, co-dependency and Boundaries.
Counselling Solutions
Together we work through your struggles, by my listening and guiding you to improve your wellbeing so you can live the life you want to live.
I provide counselling for:

- Education Groups
In person and online services
I provide counselling at your home or a location chosen by you, by telephone or online via either Skype or Facetime.
My goal is to fit in with you and your life. Appointments are for one hour (more or less) depending on how much time you need to work with your counsellor.
